The No.574 Union Duffel | NEW November 2026
The No.564 is a full-size duffel with a 31" wide top opening and a wide 8" base for larger capacity. The square and slightly tapered body has good internal capacity with a 14" and 6" inside brass zipper pockets and two open pockets. We use a heavy-duty #10 Ykk USA brass zipper, hand-set brass flat-rivets and solid-brass Italian made hardware. The entire duffel is made at our San Diego factory from US tanned Horween® Chromexcel.

Horween® Chromexcel® Steerhide | Forest Green & Brown Latigo l (Limited Edition x10 Made)
The No.547 is built from a combination of Horween® Chromexcel in a rich "Forest Green" color and trimmed with Horween® brown latigo leather. The stress points are secured with solid copper hand-set rivets and premium waxed nylon threads for durability.

4-Piece Union Travel Set | LIMITED EDITION (Only x10 Made)
We are introducing the NEW No.547 Union Duffel as a Limited Edition 4-piece travel set, all in matching Forest Green Horween® Chromexcel & Brown Latigo. These are currently in-production in our San Diego factory to be ready by mid November 2026.

This product was proudly designed, cut and sewn in our San Diego, California leather shop. It has been built entirely by our employees 100% (start to finish), in our own factory. We don’t “partially assemble” our products in another country then label them MADE IN USA. In respect to all the American manufacturers over the last century, we do it the right way, honest and true American manufacturing.

The Leather

Made from Horween® Chromexcel ®, one of their most popular and exclusive leathers. Chromexcel® is considered the “original” pull-up leather, with a unique smooth and sleek finish, a rich sheen and the distinctive high and low color tones within the hide.

Produced in the the world-renown Horween tannery in Chicago, using a bark re-tannage from a proprietary recipe, and then genuine hot stuffed with a blend of natural oils and greases. Chromexcel® is characterized by a rich pull-up in full aniline, hand rubbed finishes.

Trim, handles, feet and ring holders are made from Horween® 8/9oz. steerhide latigo. A smooth and matte finish steerhide with oils and waxes ideal for straps and other weight bearing ring holders.

We love building products a lot more than repairing them! That’s why we design and build them to last. We want the product to give you a lifetime of use, but if they fail due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the product or replace it at little or no charge for the life of the item.
