The No.29 Classic Lapel Vest was one of our first vests made in the 90's. A classic western cut vest (belt length) with front lapels and a western-yoke back. Like all of our vests, the No.29 is artisanal crafted and 100% hand-cut. Like our original version in the 1990's, the NEW No.29 vest is made with our dual CCW pockets along with two additional inside and two outside hand pockets. A premium western style vest, designed and built exclusively by Coronado Leather.

This version is made our distressed saddle tan steerhide. A lightweight, 2.5-3oz. leather with a distressed, waxed finish in a medium tan color. The leather has an excellent drape with a softer hand that feels and looks "Broken-In" right out of the box. A nice summer-weight or warmer climate leather vest. This is a LIMITED FIRST EDITION vest with only x25 made in October 2026.

The No.29 Lapel Vest is truly handcrafted, it's not just marketing. The vest is built by artisans that have been making leather vests for decades. Crafted in small batch quantities and in no way mass produced, each vest is cut by hand, one hide at a time. The stitching is precise and intentional with tonal and contrasting threads that showcase the attention to detail. We build each vest with premium US tanned American Bison, Steerhide and other Limited Edition leathers and finish the vest with 100% cotton ripstop lining or other high-quality lightweight and breathable fabrics.
