They are one of only a few boot makers that still produces boots using \"Channelled Insole Goodyear Welt Construction\", an artisanal construction process that extends the longevity, improves comfort and allows you to recraft the boot for generations. The Roper No.10\u003cspan\u003e is an exclusive design built on the classic “Roper” boot, a crossover between a “Western” and a “Dress\" boot. Made with a shorter shaft, a cleaner silhouette and a lower heel, the Roper offers supreme comfort and classic styling.  The\u003c\/span\u003e shorter 10\" shaft and traditional last, creates a fit t\u003cspan\u003ehat is looser through the heel to allow for comfort and flexibility. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003eEach boot is hand-lasted and reinforced with a steel shank and that is secured with wooden pegs. The fully stacked leather heels (1' tall) are finished with a rubber heel tap for longevity. This is a (DHF) double horse front leather, tanned and finished in Chicago, IL. It is a full-grain, 100% vegetable tanned leather in a 4oz. weight and a matte brown color. The vegetable tanned horsehide is finished with a rugged, lightly matte distressed finish that will burnish itself nicely with wear.\u003cbr\u003eWe will not have more or the ability to take orders for sizes in this leather this year.
